Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, a Nigerian politician and businesswoman, served as the Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) from December 1, 2020, until May 27, 2021. Following a redeployment announced by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, she assumed the role of Honourable Federal Commissioner of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons.

Raised in Abuja, Nigeria, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim attended various educational institutions, including Aruwa Nursery School, Jabi Primary School (now LEA Primary School, Jabi), and Federal Government Girls College, Bwari, Abuja. At 19, she earned a sociology degree from the University of Abuja, followed by two master’s degrees from Webster University at the age of 21. She completed her National Youth Service Corps at the NNPC Kaduna zonal office.

Starting her career at Abuja Geographic Information Systems (AGIS), Sulaiman-Ibrahim later worked in human resources, business, and management in the United Kingdom. She became a certified SAP HCM consultant and held positions at Mary Kay, where she eventually became a senior sales director. She also served as a special adviser on strategic communication to the Minister of State for Education and was appointed as a member of the Nasarawa State Economic Advisory Council by the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State in September 2019.

In addition to her previous roles, Sulaiman-Ibrahim served as the Director-General of NAPTIP for six months before assuming her current position as the Honourable Federal Commissioner of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons on June 4, 2021. She was later appointed as the State Minister of Police Affairs in July 2023.
