Chizor Malize brings over two decades of diverse professional experience to her role as the Managing Director/CEO of the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC). With expertise spanning marketing, business process re-engineering, market growth strategy, reputation management, and business consulting, she has established herself as a dynamic leader in the financial services sector.

Throughout her career, Chizor has spearheaded transformative projects in both local and international contexts, focusing on strategy development, product marketing, electronic banking, retail and wholesale banking, private banking, and brand repositioning. Her leadership roles have included positions at renowned institutions such as Valucard Nigeria Plc., Standard Trust Bank/United Bank for Africa, and Access Bank Nigeria Plc., where she oversaw operations across eight African countries and the UK.

Prior to her tenure at FITC, Chizor served as a Founding Partner and CEO at Brandzone Consulting LLC, where she provided consulting services to major international and indigenous organizations. In addition to her consulting work, she mentored new ventures and advised executives on strategic branding and business development initiatives.

Chizor holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. She is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in London and Nigeria, and an Executive Education Alumna of the London Business School and Columbia University.

In recognition of her significant contributions to the industry, Chizor has received prestigious awards such as Marketing Personality of the Year 2016 and the African Leadership Excellence Award 2017. She also serves as a Jury Board member of the REBRAND 100® Global Awards Board and sits on the Executive Council of Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WIMBIZ).
