Mohammed Bello El-Rufai, born on January 11, 1988, is a Nigerian politician representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly. He hails from a prominent political family, being the son of former Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai. El-Rufai holds a BSc in Political Science & International Relations with a minor in Religious Studies from Wheaton College, Massachusetts, and earned an MSc in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University in 2015.

A member of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Mohammed Bello El-Rufai ventured into politics in February 2023, securing his House of Representatives seat with 51,052 votes. In the 10th Assembly, he takes on the role of Chairman of the House Committee on Banking Regulations, bringing his expertise to the Nigerian political landscape.
