Mr Jude Feranmi is the Practice Lead of the HEI Innovation Practice at Co-Creation Hub. He is an innovation policy and entrepreneurship expert with 7 years of experience supporting and leading engagements on innovation policies programs and legislation in Nigeria. He has led and contributed to various innovation ecosystem-building activities in Nigeria. He is also the current Public Sector Innovation and Digital Transformation Lead at the United Nations Development Programme, where he is working to support the digital transformation in six states in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He possesses a certificate of competence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA on Policy for Science, Technology and Innovation and a double master’s degree in Public Policy with a spécialisation on the Governance of Innovation from the United Nations University in the Netherlands. Jude is also certified as an expert by the Swiss Institute of Technology in Geneva on Technology Innovation for Sustainable Development.

He is an expert contributor to the innovation and the policy process – from agenda setting to monitoring and evaluation at the Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy. Jude continues to serve as a resource person to various innovation fora in the country including for the National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Universal Service Provision Fund, National Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Center, National Institute of Public Policy and Strategic Studies, various technology and innovation communities and so on.
