Prior to her senatorial role, she etched her mark as the 15th Deputy Governor of Lagos State, serving from 2015 to 2019 and notably becoming the sixth woman to hold that esteemed office.

Hailing from the esteemed Idowu-Esho family of Ojo Alaworo in Lagos State’s Ojo local government area, Dr. Adebule’s educational journey mirrors her unwavering commitment to excellence. Beginning her academic pursuit at Awori College, Ojo, she furthered her studies in Islamic Education at Lagos State University, graduating in 1992. Undeterred by challenges, she pursued higher education, obtaining a master’s degree in curriculum studies, and ultimately achieving a Doctorate degree in the same field from Lagos State University in 2012.

Dr. Adebule’s professional odyssey commenced as a Junior Lecturer at Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Epe, where her contributions to the Department of Religious Studies were invaluable.
