Topsy Kola-Oyeneyin (TKO) is a change leader and transformation expert, who joined the Board of Directors at MTN Nigeria Communications PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director. An alumna of Stanford University, TKO holds a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering.

Her professional journey began at IBM, and she later became a Partner at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, she served as the inaugural co-lead of the firm’s payments practice for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, demonstrating her expertise in digital financial services and innovation.

At the remarkable age of twenty-eight, TKO became a General Manager at Nigeria’s oldest bank, a position traditionally held by individuals in their fifties. This achievement underscores her exceptional leadership and visionary capabilities.

Beyond her corporate accomplishments, TKO is deeply committed to empowering young Africans. She is the author of “UNLEASH: The Blueprint for a Life That Attracts Uncommon Opportunities,” a book that provides practical insights to equip and empower individuals to drive change in their spheres of influence.
