Madubi Relaunch Event
THE STRATEGY
The relaunch of Madubi under the AGILE project was designed to reinforce its objectives, highlight key milestones, and deepen stakeholder engagement. The strategy emphasised visibility through media and digital platforms while positioning Madubi as a credible driver of behavioural change and improved educational outcomes for adolescent girls.
THE EXECUTION
To achieve this, keynote speakers were invited to lend authority, while a children’s panel introduced fresh perspectives. The event was anchored by Eugenia Abu, whose expertise elevated the proceedings. A comprehensive media plan, featuring TV interviews and leading media brands, ensured strong coverage, while Red Media delivered expert hospitality, an experiential ambiance, and a theme song to define the project’s identity. The UBEC Digital Center was deliberately chosen as a conducive venue for collaboration.
THE RESULT
The relaunch strengthened stakeholder commitment to girls’ education and positioned Madubi as a credible platform for advocacy. Extensive media visibility amplified its reach, while the event experience and theme song created a lasting identity that will continue to resonate beyond the day itself.
