Omowunmi Akingbohungbe is an award-winning professional with 18 years of experience in the financial and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a Nigerian non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting women in leadership roles.

Omowunmi holds a degree in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Master’s degree in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool. She has also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School, and the Global Banking Alliance for Women in the Netherlands.

In 2015, Omowunmi founded the Call To Love Initiative, an NGO focused on education and social development for underprivileged children. Through this initiative, she has positively impacted over 2,000 students from low-income families, trained 300 low-cost school teachers, and assisted 22 low-cost schools in raising funds to improve their standards.

Her efforts have been recognized with several awards, including being named a “Change Maker” by the Executive Governor of Lagos State and being listed among the Top 100 Women Creating a Better Africa by WeForGood International. She is also a Patron of the Nigerian Red Cross Society and a Leader at Harvesters International Christian Centre.

Beyond her professional achievements, Omowunmi is a customer service enthusiast and author of the book “Oops! The Client is Upset.” She enjoys training individuals and organizations on customer service and experience. In her leisure time, she loves dogs, swimming, and traveling.
